Sponsor Events
What Do Your Employees Do For Enjoyment?

Have you thought about being an event sponsor?  What do your employees enjoy doing in their free time?

If you can find someone to run the event, participate as a sponsor and hand out trinkets with your web address on it.  Set up a booth and staff it with a couple of hiring managers and one or two recruiters.

One of my former clients, Latitude Communications, sponsored a couple of triathlons each summer because so many employees (25%) participated.   It can be a combination of a corporate outing and recruitment.  As a contract recruiter consultant RecruiterGuy helped to man our booth where we gave out lip balm on a lanyard with Latitude Communications URL on the cover. The recruitment at the booth should be subdued but enthusiastic.

This enables passive candidates to become aware of your company and its culture in a very positive fashion.  Plus their outside interests are similar to yours.

RecruiterGuy.com, a successful contract recruitment consulting firm, has worked many of these events and would be happy to demonstrate how to be successful attracting potential passive candidates at one of these events.
