"Selling Yourself"
This presentation was developed for Professor Tom Castle of Mount Mercy College. He was teaching a class on personal selling.
RecruiterGuy brought practical examples of the students daily lives and showed that everyone sells themselves. For instance, have you ever tried to sell a guy or a woman on going on a date? Have you ever interviewed for a job? You better be a successful sales person for either purpose!
As a contract recruiter consultant, I am continually amazed how many candidates do a poor job selling their skills. As an experienced contract recruiter consultant, RecruiterGuy wrote "RecruiterGuy's Guide to Finding a Job". This book demonstrates that the recruiting process and the finding a job process are sales processes. Candidates who understand that finding a job requires sales skills are much more effective in their search. "RecruiterGuy's Guide Guide to Finding a Job" was written with humorous examples from RecruiterGuy's almost 30 years of contract recruitment consulting experience. Candidates may purchase "RecruiterGuy's Guide to Finding a Job" on Amazon and www.RecruiterGuyGuide.com for only $13.95.
